TINT60 Assemble Instruction

1. Preparation

1.1. Check the package contents

Please check the package contents before start building the keyboard, as it contains several small components.

  • Aluminum case (including screws)
  • PCB
  • POM plate
  • Screw-in stabilizers
  • Poron PCB foam
  • Poron case foam
  • Rubber feet
  • Free gifts
    • Carrying bag
    • Screwdriver
    • Keycaps and switch puller
    • Coiling USB-A to USB-C cable

1.2. Test the PCB

Connect the PCB to your computer to ensure it works properly before putting it on the keyboard, you can find the test method in VIA guide, please feel free to contact us at contact@iterkeebs.com if there are any problem during the test.

2. Assembling

2.1. Unscrew the PCB, install your stabilizer on the PCB

2.2. Remove the 5 screws on the keyboard case

2.3. Place the case foam in the bottom of the keyboard case

2.4. Install the stabilizers on the PCB, then mount the PCB on the case and screw it on the case

2.5. Attach the rubber feet to the four corners of the back of the keyboard case.

2.6. Place the switch pad, PCB foam, and plate on the PCB, install the switches and keycaps.

 

3. VIA guides

This is only for those who want to personalize their keyboard functions, you can still use our keyboard without doing the following process.

3.1 Connect the keyboard to your computer with the USB cable we provided.

3.2. Open VIA webapp or Vial

3.3. If you are using Vial, it will automatically recognize our keyboard, you can remap the keys and adjust the RGB light on the control panel, the rest part of the guide is for VIA.

3.4. If you prefer VIA, please open the VIA webapp, then turn on “Show Design Tab” in Setting.

3.5. Click Design tab, turn on use V2 definition, load draft definition, which is the JSON file that you can find here.

3.6. Click configure tab and select authorize device

3.7. The keyboard should be detected by VIA now, you can remap the keys and adjust the RGB light on the control panel.
