For most locations in North America and Europe, our express shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 days. Order Tracking:

To keep you updated on the status of your order, we provide tracking information once your package is on its way. You can easily track the shipment and know its whereabouts until it arrives at your doorstep.

How long will my order take to be processed?

fulfillment/processing times normally take around 2-5 business days (this excludes any weekends, potential holidays and breaks). if you place your order during high volume drops, packing your order can take up to an extra 5 business days (total of 10 business days). please note that we're a small team trying our best to get to your order as soon as possible and your patience is much appreciated during this time! 

Missing or Delayed Shipments:

Why was my order cancelled?
